De persoonlijke toets krijgt u er bovenop Voor onze klant met oa vestiging in Brucargo zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die samen met ons het verschil wil maken in de wereld van logistiek. Je zal incidenten onderzoeken die voorgevallen zijn met transportzendingen van voornamelijk Life Science (Farmaceutische) klanten. • Meer concreet: je verzamelt informatie bij de verschillende betrokken partijen en analyseert deze informatie om uit te zoeken waar het probleem zich voordoet, wat de oorzaak van het probleem is, om dan tot voorstellen te komen die een oplossing bieden voor dit probleem zodat het in de toekomst vermeden kan worden (dit in overleg en ook met goedkeuring van de klant)• Je zal nauw en regelmatig contact met de klanten hebben, rechtstreeks via overleg in calls of soms ook in fysieke meetings. • Je zal ook nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie (warehouse, customer service, sales, maar ook met collega's uit andere landen)• Het ganse onderzoek zal ook gedocumenteerd moeten worden door jou in een rapport dat met de klant gedeeld zal worden en door de klant nagelezen en goedgekeurd zal worden bij akkoord. • In sommige gevallen zullen incidenten ook leiden tot een echte Correctieve & Preventieve actie. Hierbij zal jij de opvolging doen om na te gaan dat de uitvoering gebeurt zoals afgesproken en dat het resultaat nadien ook de verwachtingen inlost. Dit doe je door hiervan bewijzen te verzamelen (documentatie, risico analyse, audit, ...)• Op langere termijn kunnen er ook bijkomende taken zijn ter ondersteuning van de QEHS Manager / QEHS Team leader (QEHS: Quality, Environment, Health & Safety): helpen met procedures, document control, risico analysis, audits, ...)• De job laat je toe om vele facetten van de logistiek te leren ontdekken: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Transport, warehousing, X-Dock operations, GDP (Good Distribution Practice), ... Profiel • Administratieve ervaring achter de rug (liefst in de logistieke sector)• Je bent iemand met een Quality mindset die zin heeft in initiatief en oog heeft voor detail. • Je beschikt over goede analytische eigenschappen en leert graag bij. • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels + Nederlands. • Je hebt kennis van Word en Excel Aanbod • Een contract van onbepaalde duur met een marktconform loon, een mooi pakket extra-legale voordelen en een aantrekkelijke verlofregeling • 39 uren week met de mogelijkheid tot telewerk na een inwerkperiode • Een ruim opleidingsaanbod • Interessante carrièremogelijkheden binnen een groot bedrijf met hechte familiale waarden en een professionele werkomgeving Heeft u interesse in deze vacature of wenst u vrijblijvend meer info?
