**Your responsibilities as our new colleague?**:
- As Project Manager Construction, you are responsible for preparing and following up on construction projects within Belgium, France and the Netherlands. You provide coordination across the various project components and subprojects. Specifically, you set, monitor and adjust the overall planning in consultation. Projects focus mainly on the construction, renovation or rebranding of clinics and specialty centers.
- You are responsible for setting the scope, planning the projects, managing the budgets and implementing cost control, identifying and managing all project risks and all related project activities.
- You have a strong focus on quality, progress and cost.
- You maintain good relationships with all stakeholders including Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, other PMs and the contractors.
- You organize and monitor information exchange and flow between the various project parties.
- You travel to the local sites within Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
**Your background **looks like this**:
- You have a Master's degree preferably in Civil Engineering.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in supervising construction projects, from drawing up the scope to delivery of the works.
- You are a strong planner and organizer, with good communication skills in French, English and with a high preference of professional knowledge of Dutch as well.
- You are flexible and solution oriented in approach.
- You travel to the local sites within Belgium, the Netherlands and France (when not on-site, you can work from home or one of our offices or clinics).
