For our client in Wavre, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Civil and Structural Engineering Manager.In this role, you will oversee the design, execution, and delivery of complex civil and structural engineering projects while ensuring client satisfaction and the successful management of the accounts assigned to you.Responsibilities:You will supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams working on industrial projects.You will collaborate with suppliers to ensure deadlines and costs are met.You will design and revamp metal structures, primarily steel, while conducting advanced technical studies.You will be as the technical reference for seismic-resistant and metal structures.You will manage relationships with industrial clients, ensuring diplomatic and effective communication.You are willing to travel internationally to resolve urgent issues or oversee project progressYou will develop innovative, sustainable solutions for industrial structures, incorporating environmental best practices and energy efficiency.You will lead risk assessments on projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.You will prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.You will mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.You will monitor technological advancements in industrial design and construction, integrating cutting-edge methods into projects.You will support business development initiatives by providing technical input for proposals and client pitches.You will collaborate with R&D teams to optimize designs for scalability and future trends in industrial engineering.You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide innovative solutions that meet their goals. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional internal teams to achieve project milestones and enhance client relationships.As a Senior Civil and Structural Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering long-term partnerships.You will lead technical assessments, provide strategic insights, and contribute to the operational and technical growth of the engineering department.Profile:You can prove experience in managing complex civil and structural engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.You have an expertise in seismic-resistant design, structural analysis, and construction materials such as steel and concrete.You have strong proficiency in technical software and tools for engineering design and project management.You have an analytical mindset with the ability to conduct risk assessments, deliver results, and achieve project KPIs.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and foster collaboration.You must speak French and EnglishOffer:Contract: permanentSalary: Competitive gross annual salary, depending on experience and profile (company car, meal vouchers,bonuses etc...)
