For our client in Wavre, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Civil and Structural Engineering Manager.
In this role, you will oversee the design, execution, and delivery of complex civil and structural engineering projects while ensuring client satisfaction and the successful management of the accounts assigned to you.
You will supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams working on industrial projects.
You will manage relationships with industrial clients, ensuring diplomatic and effective communication.
You are willing to travel internationally to resolve urgent issues or oversee project progress
You will develop innovative, sustainable solutions for industrial structures, incorporating environmental best practices and energy efficiency.
You will mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.
You will monitor technological advancements in industrial design and construction, integrating cutting-edge methods into projects.
You will collaborate with R&D teams to optimize designs for scalability and future trends in industrial engineering.
Additionally, you will work with cross-functional internal teams to achieve project milestones and enhance client relationships.
As a Senior Civil and Structural Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering long-term partnerships.
You will lead technical assessments, provide strategic insights, and contribute to the operational and technical growth of the engineering department.
You can prove experience in managing complex civil and structural engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
You have an expertise in seismic-resistant design, structural analysis, and construction materials such as steel and concrete.
You have strong proficiency in technical software and tools for engineering design and project management.
You must speak French and English
