afarax is looking for a freelance Senior Front-End Analyst. We need you The project: Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Analyst to strengthen their team. General description of the role: Based on the solution designed by the Lead Analyst/PL/SD, you perform complex business, functional or process analysis of features fulfilling the (non) functional requirements. You are the link between business and Technology. You provide expert advise on domain topics. You build transversal domain knowledge in banking/insurance operations, products, and services. You understand the regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing the banking/insurance industry. You apply advanced modeling languages/tools for your analysis. You have a basic technical knowledge of the domain systems. You know about project management methods and concepts. You understand and you apply security requirements, architectural standards and non functional requirements. You follow new industry and technology trends in order to recommend innovative solutions improving the bank/insurance operations. You know about and ensure qualitative solutions using different testing techniques. You conduct complex business, functional or process analysis. You work closely with stakeholders to identify their needs, you translate those into functional requirements and you provide solutions. You cooperate in setting up the testscenario`s with testteam and end users. In case of critical incident within the domain (in software, in process, in administration) you define the impact and quickly intervene with a solution. You suggest improvements to definitively solve the issue and prevent future incidents. You maintain the domain systems to guarantee 100% availability. You ensure that documentation is up-to-date and available to stakeholders. You develop training materials to help stakeholders understand new systems or processes. Based on your domain knowledge , you design features to a more `client centric` or efficiënt service offering / organisation . You coach analysts and associates to foster cooperation and increase overall productivity. You explain processes, software and tools to endusers. You challenge the existing team processes and tools, always looking improvement opportunities. In case of changes, you define the impact. You suggest efficiency improvements for processes/tools and after approval, you coordinate the implemention. You have impact on your team but also on other teams. You give advice to team member and to users. You coordinate activities within the domain such as distribution of tasks, planning and follow up of the progress. The type of activities are analysis, design, implementation, high level cost estimation and testing. You make detailed and consolidated reporting to stakeholders including to your team leader. You highlight attention points and suggest solutions. You exemplify customer thinking, you suggest solutions to problems, and you demonstrate critical thinking skills. You take a considered and professional approach to your work and your team. You are a continuous learner with growth mindset.
