Om hun klanten ook na levering optimaal te blijven ondersteunen, zoeken zij een Technical After Sales die mee wil bijdragen aan een vlotte dienstverlening en langdurige klantrelaties. Takenpakket:Klantvragen over het gebruik, de installatie en het onderhoud van geleverde systemen beantwoorden om een vlotte ondersteuning te garanderen.Serviceaanvragen, reparaties, retouren en garantieprocedures registreren, opvolgen en tot een correcte afronding brengen.Meldingen rond storingen of onderhoud opvolgen en de juiste interne teams inschakelen.De logistieke flow rond onderdelen en retourzendingen coördineren om tijdige verzendingen te verzekeren.Technische trainingen voor klanten organiseren en afstemmen met de interne opleidingsverantwoordelijken. Profiel:Ervaring in een servicegerichte of technische ondersteunende rol.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.Technische documentatie kunnen interpreteren en basisinzicht in techniek hebben.Vlot kunnen werken met ERP-systemen en administratief nauwkeurig zijn.Stressbestendig, zelfstandig én oplossingsgericht.
