Je neemt end-to-end ownership van de migratie van een bestaande on-premise ETL-oplossing (bijv. Informatica PowerCenter) naar een moderne, toekomstbestendige cloud-gebaseerde data-integratieomgeving.In deze rol:Definieer je de visie en roadmap van het transformatieprogrammaLeid je vendorselecties en RFI/RFP-trajectenZorg je dat businessdoelen en technische vereisten optimaal op elkaar aansluitenWerk je nauw samen met architecten, productmanagers, scrum masters, data engineers, business stakeholders en externe leveranciersBewaak je een gecontroleerde, veilige en waarde-gedreven migratieVerantwoordelijkhedenRFI/RFP & Vendorselectie: leiden van het selectieproces, inclusief voorbereiding, evaluatie en besluitvormingVisie & Strategie: definiëren en onderhouden van de transformatieroadmap richting een moderne data-integratie stack (bijv. Azure Data Factory, Informatica Cloud IICS, dbt, …)Epic & Prioritering: uitwerken van epics, business cases en acceptatiecriteria; definiëren van MVP’s en succescriteriaStakeholdermanagement: afstemmen met business owners, IT-teams, architecten en data-domeinen; beheren van afhankelijkheden en risico’sRoadmap & Vooruitgang: voorbereiding van PI Planning, integratie van mijlpalen voor validatie en adoptie, opvolging van cross-team en cross-ART afhankelijkhedenRisico & Impact: identificeren van technische en organisatorische risico’s en mitigatieacties implementerenData Governance & Kwaliteit: waarborgen dat de nieuwe oplossing voldoet aan standaarden voor datakwaliteit, security, privacy en complianceChange & Adoptie: bijdragen aan migratiestrategie, trainingsaanpak en communicatieplan voor organisatiebrede adoptieProfielMinimaal 5 jaar ervaring met data-integratie, ETL-systemen of data engineeringKennis van Informatica PowerCenter is een plus, ervaring met moderne data-platforms en cloud-oplossingen is essentieelErvaring met SAFe of andere Agile-at-scale frameworks (Epic Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager)Sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden en vermogen om technische concepten te vertalen naar businesswaardeAnalytisch, gestructureerd en ervaren in complexe migratieprogramma’sDuidelijke communicator met ownership-mentaliteit en continuous improvement mindsetWat deze opdracht biedtStrategische freelance opdracht met hoge impact op de toekomstige data-architectuurSamenwerking met ervaren data engineers, architecten en Agile-teamsInternationale context met diverse stakeholdersFlexibele werkregeling (hybride)📩 Interesse of ken je iemand die past?
