Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse, profile, and understand large and complex datasets.Define clear mapping and transformation rules from source systems.Support developers by providing precise functional/technical specifications.Maintain and improve the central data model used for reporting, analytics, and regulatory needs.Perform functional testing and ensure high-quality implementation into production.Drive new features such as near-real-time data integration, REST/JSON APIs, and expansion of data scope.Support business and technical stakeholders in understanding data and resolving data issues.Collaborate in an agile squad to deliver enhancements and solve complex use cases. Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.Strong SQL expertise (advanced/complex queries).Experience working with large data models and complex data environments.Strong capabilities in data analysis, requirements documentation, and testing.Experience supporting IT development teams in an agile environment.Good understanding of credit processes (mandatory).Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).Preferable: Oracle or Sybase IQ, Informatica ETL, Linux, basic programming familiarity.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
