Onze klant in de verzekeringswereld is volop in transformatie en zoekt een ervaren freelance Project Manager die klaar is om impact te maken. Wat ga je doen? Je versterkt het IT PMO team, waarbij jouw focus ligt op twee strategische domeinen: ✅ De implementatie van een nieuw telefoniesysteem en callcenter voor de klantendienst ✅ Het optimaliseren van gegevensverzameling van prospects en gebonden agenten in de systemen De opdracht is initieel voorzien voor 12 maanden , met een mogelijke verlenging. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je leidt projecten van A tot Z: scope, requirements, business cases, planning, risicobeheer en probleemoplossing Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde aanpak Je bewaakt de voortgang en KPI’s en rapporteert zowel intern als aan de groep Je presenteert aan het Steering Committee en betrekt sponsors en stakeholders op een natuurlijke manier Je stimuleert samenwerking binnen het projectteam en houdt iedereen scherp gericht op de deliverables Je draagt bij aan het versterken van de transformatie-expertise binnen de organisatie. Jouw profiel Senior level ervaring als project- of programmamanager, met bewezen successen in transformatieprojecten Kennis van projectmethodologieën, business cases, risicobeheer en sterke probleemoplossende skills Je werkt gestructureerd, resultaatgericht en kan meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk beheren. Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden op verschillende niveaus (van operatie tot C-level), ook in een internationale context Je spreekt het Engels en één van de 2 landstalen Kennis van de verzekeringswereld is een grote plus ervaring met het opzetten van een telefoniesysteem (en/of) een callcenter is een MUST Wat mag jij verwachten?
