About the Role:

As we continue our growth and international expansion, we’re seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to drive our success into FY25 and beyond. This senior-level role offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of our account management strategy, working with some of the world’s most prominent legal enterprises.

With a primary focus on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), you’ll have significant potential to grow and expand existing accounts. Many of our largest clients have yet to fully adopt our platform across all locations, presenting vast untapped opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to maximize client engagement and ROI.
  • Own strategic account planning and conduct business/value reviews with top-tier clients.
  • Lead contract renewals and cultivate relationships to secure additional funding and renewal growth.
  • Develop LegalFly’s account management playbook, building the foundation for a scalable, effective team as we enter new markets.
  • Drive revenue: Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Product) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client success.
  • Analyze and report: Monitor account performance, provide insights, and implement strategies to maximize client value.

You might be a good fit if you are:

  • A seasoned Account Manager with 10+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • A native Dutch speaker and preferred full professional proficiency in French.
  • MEDDPICC trained with a strong value-based sales approach.
  • Skilled at managing contract renewals, high-stakes negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • A strong communicator who can seamlessly collaborate across teams and with clients.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
  • A problem solver with a client-centric approach and a knack for building lasting relationships.

Your direct manager and team: You will join the sales team led by our Global Head of Sales.
