Description de fonction
En tant que Chef de Projet Infrastructure, vous serez impliqué dans des projets d'infrastructure et des projets internes. Vous gérerez les projets et serez activement impliqué dans leur préparation, exécution, livraison et clôture. Vous veillerez à la portée du projet, au budget, aux délais, à la qualité de la solution et aux risques. Vous élaborerez un plan de projet et maintiendrez une vue d'ensemble claire des étapes à suivre.
Vous gérez les attentes des clients internes et traduisez leurs besoins en objectifs de projet. Vous pouvez discuter des exigences techniques et fonctionnelles et anticiper les défis potentiels en collaboration avec l'architecte de solutions. Vous encadrez et guidez votre équipe de projet et travaillez de manière orientée vers les résultats. Vous assurez le bon déroulement du processus du projet dans la méthodologie agile propre à La MC. Vous contrôlez la qualité des différents projets et assurez une bonne communication avec toutes les parties prenantes.
Qualifications requises :
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets d'infrastructure ou de projets de postes de travail digitalisés.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la direction et l'accompagnement des équipes.
- Vous connaissez les principes de base d'ITIL.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance d'une ou plusieurs méthodes de gestion de projet, d'outils de support et de concepts de gestion tels que Agile et Prince2.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de base des technologies d'infrastructure IT.
- Vous travaillez de manière planifiée, autonome et orientée vers les résultats.
- Vous êtes un manager né : vous aimez motiver les employés, créer un esprit d'équipe et aider les gens à évoluer.
- Vous avez de fortes compétences organisationnelles, analytiques et en résolution de problèmes : vous êtes capable de tirer les bonnes conclusions et de déterminer une approche réfléchie, adaptée aux besoins du client.
- Vous êtes capable de maintenir une vue d'ensemble, d'évaluer les risques et de remonter les infos si c'est nécessaire.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication en néerlandais et en français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
