Job Title: Penetration TesterLocation: Mons, BelgiumSecurity Clearance: Active National Security Clearance (Secret level or above)Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in Red/Blue Team exercises during NATO military operationsConduct web, infrastructure, and application penetration testingPerform security design reviews and ensure compliance with NATO policiesProvide consultancy and advice for projects, plans, and other entitiesPrepare and present technical reports and executive briefings on security findingsCollaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including NATO Security Accreditation AuthoritiesRequired Qualifications & Experience:3+ years of experience in:Web application and IT infrastructure penetration testingNetwork security architecture designAssessing OS, software, protocols, and network vulnerabilitiesTechnical knowledge in system/network security, authentication protocols, cryptography, application security, and malware defenseScripting skills in Perl, Python, Ruby, or Shell (bash/ksh/csh)Experience in system/network administration (UNIX & Windows)Proven ability to write structured technical reports with executive summaries, findings, and remediation plansStrong risk evaluation and mitigation skills
