Senior Penetration Testers (NATO Secret Cleared)Belgium – Hybrid (Mons)We are pursuing an opportunity within a NATO environment and are seeking Senior Penetration Testers, including a Lead Tester, to support grey-box penetration testing activities.Active NATO SECRET clearance is mandatory (no sponsorship).Working ModelLead Tester: On-site in Mons, Belgium once per weekSenior Testers: Primarily remote with on-site travel as requiredHours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30 CET (excluding NATO holidays)Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in test scoping and planning with NATO stakeholdersConduct grey-box penetration testing using NATO-approved toolsPerform all testing on NATO-furnished REACH laptopsWork in line with NATO Rules of Engagement and security policiesProduce clear technical findings and support reporting/debriefsRequired ExperienceSenior-level penetration testing / ethical hacking experienceStrong grey-box testing backgroundExperience in high-security or government environmentsExcellent technical reporting and stakeholder communication skillsNice to HaveNATO or defence-sector experienceLead Tester or team coordination experienceWhy Apply?High-impact work within a NATO programmeMission-critical cyber security testingHybrid model with leadership opportunities
