Responsibilities Lead and coach 6 Product Managers to focus on customer value and delivery excellence Define and communicate the strategic product vision for Miles Enterprise Align roadmap with customer commitments and long-term goals Integrate project-driven development into the global product roadmap Ensure reusability of features developed for customer projects Drive on-time, on-budget delivery in close collaboration with Engineering and Delivery Validate customer needs and ensure features deliver real business outcomes Establish decision processes and frameworks for balancing competing priorities Build strong relationships with customers, project leaders, and internal stakeholders What we’re looking for 8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading Product Managers Experience in enterprise software shaped by customer projects and change requests Proven track record of delivering complex software on time and within budget Strong leadership and coaching capabilities Deep customer empathy and ability to translate needs into scalable solutions English fluency is a must, Dutch is a plus What we offer Competitive salary package Company car with fuel card/ charging card Meal vouchers Group and hospitalization insurance Yearly bonus (CAO90) Additional benefits: bike leasing, flexible working hours, work from home up to 2 days per week Join an international, multicultural company with more than 35 years of experience.
