About The Job If you possess a blend of project management experience and technical acumen, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our innovative software solutions. The flagship product, Miles Enterprise , is a flexible and modular system that encompasses front-, mid-, and back-office functions. Complementing this is the Miles Microservices Platform , a cloud-native architecture that enables clients to enhance and expand their offerings through scalable and integrated microservices. As a Technical Project Manager, you will work together with the technical team and be responsible for managing the technical aspects of client projects. Ensuring seamless integration and delivery of the different solutions. Your key responsibilities include: Managing the scope, timeline, and budget for the technical workstream, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Sofico's standards Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and proactive communication Collaborate with internal project managers to set priorities and organize tasks across various projects Address and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines Work closely with the platform engineers to refine and implement technical solutions Your Interests And Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: Experience in managing technical projects, preferably in software development or IT environments Familiarity with technologies such as: Application Servers (e.g., JBoss) Databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) Microservices Architecture (e.g., Kubernetes, Kafka, Terraform) Cloud Platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively What we offer Competitive salary package Company car with fuel card Bonus system Meal vouchers Group and hospitalization insurance Additional benefits: bike leasing and flexible working hours Join an international, multicultural company with more than 35 years of experience, which doubles in size every 5 years.
