Senior / Manager Consultant IFRS - FAAS - Sector Focus Industries Location: Brussels area; Diegem, Antwerp or Ghent offices with flexible work options. This role is within the Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) team and focuses on IFRS conversion projects and advisory support. Responsibilities Join a team of IFRS professionals primarily focused on IFRS conversion projects, converting local GAAP figures to IFRS. Perform IFRS technical analysis, calculate IFRS adjustments, and draft first IFRS financial statements. Advise clients on implementing new IFRS standards and how new transactions should be accounted for under IFRS rules. Contribute to internal and external IFRS trainings for colleagues and clients; participate in knowledge sharing and coaching. Your profile / Qualifications Master degree with 2–5 years of experience in a domain relevant to IFRS. Fluent in Dutch or French with very good knowledge of English. Born team player, stress-resistant and results-oriented; pragmatic and hands-on work style. Willing to work from one of the offices (Diegem, Antwerp or Ghent) with flexibility to visit client sites. Good knowledge of IFRS standards and BEGAAP accounting; a passion for IFRS and commitment to ongoing learning.
