As we have ambitious growth plans, we currently are seeking a Senior Consultant Enterprise Risk to support our growth, and help our clients with their ambitions in the field of Risk Management. Your key responsibilities In this role, you will advise our private and public sector clients to achieve their objectives by supporting them to identify and manage their risks. Your responsibilities will include the following: The identification, evaluation and management of risks with an increased focus on sustainability and AI The preparation, execution and reporting of Internal Audits by reviewing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls (using data analytics) and developing recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls. The development of Risk Based Internal Audit Plans. The development or improvement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, including the set-up and preparation, execution and reporting of risk assessments. The implementation of Internal Control environments (e.g. COSO, SOX and JSOX). The review of compliance management frameworks and how they help being compliant to regulatory requirements In your role as senior consultant, we expect you to execute these tasks and responsibilities independently, with support of a (senior) manager. You will also coordinate and review work performed by junior colleagues. To qualify for the role You have a master degree preferably in economics or engineering You have 2-5 years of professional experience within external or internal audit, risk management or process optimization You have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. You have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
