Role

As a Packaging Line Supervisor, you play a crucial role in our production process. You ensure the final products are packaged correctly and efficiently according to the prescribed procedures. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the packaging team, ensuring the quality and safety of the final product.

  • Coordinating and executing the packaging process according to established procedures.
  • Recording packed products and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Checking the temperature, packaging, and identification of finished products.
  • Ensuring compliance with the work instructions and safety guidelines in the manual.
  • Supervising the packaging team and ensuring an efficient workflow.
  • Delegating control tasks to colleagues in your absence.
  • Forklift duties, including transporting raw materials.
  • Reporting to production management.

This position requires internal training. Additionally, a forklift certificate is a must, or the willingness to obtain one.

Authority

You are authorized to take necessary safety and hygiene measures. You are authorized to take materials out of use or halt operations if necessary based on safety and hygiene.

Profile

  • Preferably, you have experience in a production environment.
  • You have leadership qualities and are capable of motivating and leading a team.
  • You work meticulously and have an eye for detail, especially concerning quality and safety standards.
  • A forklift certificate is required, or you are willing to obtain one.
