Jouw uitdaging Als Service Executive begrijp je hoe cruciaal sterke digitale communicatie is voor het succes van bedrijven. Jij adviseert zelfstandigen en kmo’s over de digitale oplossingen die het best aansluiten bij hun noden: van websites en Google-oplossingen tot goudengids.be en sociale media. Tijdens je servicegesprekken creëer je echte meerwaarde voor je klanten. Je optimaliseert hun digitale content , licht relevante digitale trends toe en bespreekt samen de resultaten van hun marketingprogramma. Zo help je klanten niet alleen vooruit, maar bouw je ook aan duurzame relaties. Tegelijk heb je een commerciële mindset: je herkent kansen, denkt proactief mee en laat geen enkele salesopportuniteit onbenut. Je staat in contact met zowel bestaande klanten als nieuwe prospects.
