Their AI-powered SaaS platform transforms how teams collaborate, learn, and scale — a mission that’s resonating deeply with enterprise customers. Headquartered in Ghent , the company combines a product-driven mindset with a commercial hunger to expand internationally. They’ve nailed product–market fit and built a high-performing go-to-market foundation — now they need a closer who can turn inbound momentum into consistent revenue growth. As Sales Executive , you’ll own the full sales cycle — from the first conversation to the signed contract. Supported by a strong SDR team delivering a steady flow of qualified leads, you’ll focus on what matters most: turning high-intent prospects into long-term customers . You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and product to identify new opportunities, refine the sales playbook, and directly influence the company’s international expansion. Responsibilities Managing the entire sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise prospects. Converting qualified leads (from SDRs) into new customers. Building trusted relationships with decision-makers in IT, consulting, and professional services. Translating business challenges into tailored SaaS solutions. Collaborating cross-functionally to improve messaging, demo flow, and closing strategies. Tracking key metrics to optimize conversion and inform growth strategy. You’ll join a driven, close-knit team where collaboration and ownership go hand in hand. What You Bring 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales , ideally in consultative or complex sales cycles. A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Strong communication and storytelling skills — you know how to connect product value to real business needs. The resilience and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
