About the Role As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier clients while developing new business opportunities. You will take full ownership of your territory, working independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Full-time outside sales role with high autonomy and ownership Manage and grow a portfolio of premium A and B clients Prospect and develop new business opportunities Showcase new collections and showroom highlights Handle offers, reservations, and stock coordination Collaborate with inside sales teams and follow established procedures Meet weekly KPIs and contribute to seasonal collection cycles (Spring & Autumn) Ideal Candidate Profile Highly self-motivated, proactive, and thrives independently Strong sales drive with a "hunter" mindset – previous experience is a plus but not required Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach with full ownership of responsibilities Skilled in servicing top-tier clients and building new relationships Familiarity with premium or luxury brands (experience with fabrics not necessary) Embodies a premium image and service-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus Why Join Us?
