CSM Ingredients is a leading international player in ingredient solutions for the food industry, partnering with customers to drive quality, innovation and performance across a broad range of applications. With a strong focus on long-term collaboration and continuous improvement, they support their clients with deep product expertise and a hands-on approach close to production.If you're a commercially driven relationship builder with a genuine passion for food and production, this could be your next step.Your missionGrow and expand strategic key accounts in the food industryBuild long-term partnerships based on trust, quality and performanceSpot opportunities, open doors and win new business in a changing marketWhat you'll doManage existing customer accounts and strengthen long-term relationshipsProactively prospect new customers, segments and markets to generate additional volumeAnalyze customer needs and translate them into proposals, together with Production and R&DFollow up on quotations, contracts, pricing and marginsTrack market trends, competition and price developments in the food sectorContribute to commercial strategy, product innovation and continuous improvementCollaborate internally (production, supply chain, quality) to ensure smooth service and deliveryWho you areBachelor's or Master's degree (commercial and/or food-related), or equivalent experienceMax. 3 - 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in food and/or a technical production environmentStrong interest in food, products and production processesCommercially sharp and customer-oriented, combining targets with long-term relationship buildingHands-on and solution-minded, comfortable working closely with colleagues on the production floorPositive team player: reliable, engaged and communicativeAdaptable and eager to learn, always looking for improvementA "hunter" mindset: energized by growth, new opportunities and winning businessPreferably based in East or West Flanders to stay close to customers and avoid unnecessary travelInterested?Contact: ines@badenochandclark.be
