You act as a true caretaker and strategic partner for your clients, working closely with them to create sustainable value for both the client and the organisation.You are part of the Sales team and report directly to the Head of Key Accounts.Key responsibilitiesPromote and develop the organisation's services within the corporate segment in BeluxManage and grow relationships with assigned clients in Belgium and Luxembourg, including the preparation and follow-up of annual account plansActively contribute to the commercial development of new services, from market positioning and value propositions to indirect salesSupport the development of the annual sales budget and commercial forecast plansBuild strong collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Solutions, Contact Center, etc.)Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the sales team and ensure constructive collaboration with all stakeholdersRepresent clients and/or the sales team in internal and external projects, taking the lead where relevantDevelop and manage several sales projects per year in line with client planningMonitor market trends and stay alert to future developmentsActively network and manage relationships, requiring a certain degree of flexibilityCandidate profileEducationMaster's degreeLanguagesTrilingual: Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)Experience & expertiseMinimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, within a services-oriented environmentProven track record in managing and growing corporate key accountsExperience with change management processes, internally and/or externallyStrong proficiency in Salesforce.comHighly results-driven, comfortable with figures and data analysisStrategic thinker, able to develop and communicate a clear vision to clients and colleaguesMobile and willing to travel across Belgium and LuxembourgPersonalityDriven, customer-focused and aiming for maximum client satisfactionStrong personal impact with a decisive, hands-on approachTrue team player who enjoys motivating and guiding othersFlexible and comfortable attending networking eventsBatenborch International is a specialised Executive Search firm focused on recruiting commercial and general management leadership talent across Europe.
