You work closely with hospital professionals across East and West Flanders, promoting innovative surgical solutions in hernia repair and plastic and reconstructive breast surgery.Achieve ambitious sales targets within East and West FlandersPromote a surgical product portfolio focused on hernia repair and plastic and reconstructive breast surgeryBuild strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement departmentsPresent and demonstrate innovative products in hospital settingsIdentify new sales opportunities and expand the customer baseConduct price and contract negotiations with hospital stakeholdersRepresent the company at national and international congresses and eventsReport sales activities, pipeline, and results accurately via SalesforceRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or a related field.3 to 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devicesExcellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of English; French is a plusStrong communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetSelf-driven, proactive, and results orientedStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mentalityComfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional teamExperience with project management and product launches is an assetAre you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?Join our dynamic team and help drive innovation in medical devices.Apply now and let's make an impact togetherWant to learn more?
