This is not a maintenance role — it's a strategic, high-impact position where you will directly influence client growth, retention, and revenue expansion.
Your ImpactAs an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for your customers, acting as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen partnerships.
Own and manage a portfolio of FinTech / SaaS clientsBuild strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholdersIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growthAct as a strategic advisor on financial and operational processesLead business reviews and proactively identify improvement opportunitiesCollaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teamsEnsure high customer retention and satisfactionPlay a visible role in a fast-growing company with real ownershipThis role blends relationship management, commercial strategy, and consultative selling.
What You Bring1-2 years of experience in Financial Consulting, or AuditingStrong understanding of financial processes and reportingCommercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunitiesNative-level Dutch and fluent EnglishConfident communicator who builds trust at all levelsProactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a scale-up environmentBased in or near AntwerpWhat's In It for YouCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusClear path toward Senior Account Manager or Team LeadHigh-visibility role with direct impact on company growthWork in a fast-growing SaaS environment with strong leadership backingOwnership, autonomy, and influenceAbout the CompanyYou'll join a compact, ambitious team where collaboration and flexibility matter.
