Account Manager – FinTech / SaaS | Antwerp (On-site Preferred)Following a recent board decision and continued growth, a fast-scaling SaaS company is expanding its commercial team. We're looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients and play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships.
This is not a maintenance role — it's a strategic, high-impact position where you will directly influence client growth, retention, and revenue expansion.
Your ImpactAs an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for your customers, acting as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen partnerships.
Own and manage a portfolio of FinTech / SaaS clientsBuild strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholdersIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growthAct as a strategic advisor on financial and operational processesLead business reviews and proactively identify improvement opportunitiesCollaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teamsEnsure high customer retention and satisfactionPlay a visible role in a fast-growing company with real ownershipThis role blends relationship management, commercial strategy, and consultative selling.
