OpticLibre est un groupement d’achats et de services spécialisés en Optique comptant en Belgique et au Grand-Duché du Luxembourg 300 adhérents, tous opticiens indépendants.

Chaque jour, notre équipe accompagne les opticiens indépendants pour assurer la croissance de leur activité et accroître la notoriété/visibilité de leur enseigne.

Nous les accompagnons en créant pour eux des communications et publicités sur-mesure.

En raison de la forte croissance que nous connaissons ces dernières années, nous recherchons pour renforcer notre équipe un(e) PROJECT & MARKETING SPECIALIST.

Notre candidat idéal (H/F/X) dispose des compétences suivantes:

  • Vous êtes bilingue NL-FR ou néerlandophone avec une connaissance active du français et possédez des solides compétences rédactionnelles dans votre langue maternelle.
  • Vous avez une attitude commerciale, êtes positif, dynamique et orienté client.
  • Vous savez écouter et vous mettre à la place du client pour comprendre ses attentes.
  • Vous êtes très compétent(e) sur le plan administratif et travaillez de manière extrêmement précise et organisée.
  • Vous travaillez de façon autonome, avez le sens des responsabilités et êtes flexible.
  • Vous êtes capable de définir vos priorités efficacement.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) d'apprendre et avez une mentalité pragmatique.
  • Vous êtes familier avec les campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux et excellez à utiliser votre créativité dans ce domaine.
  • Idéalement, vous disposez d'un diplôme de bachelier (Executive Assistant, Marketing, Office Management, Journalisme,...), d'une formation ou d’une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions et pouvez travailler aussi bien individuellement qu’en équipe.
  • Une 1ère expérience dans une fonction similaire est un atout, mais pas indispensable.
  • En collaboration avec les collègues (commerciaux, marketing, graphiste,…), vous contribuez à l'élaboration de campagnes pour nos clients: réseaux sociaux, e-mailing, mailing direct, brochures, programmes de fidélité, etc.
  • Vous suivez chaque projet de A à Z et coordonnez les différentes (inter)actions.
  • Vous êtes le point de contact pour nos clients et partenaires externes pendant le processus de réalisation.
  • Vous participez à la création et au contenu des différents sites web B2C (formation interne prévue) et médias sociaux.
  • Vous élaborez des newsletters à destination de nos clients.
  • Vous apportez votre soutien à l'organisation de petits événements: salons, ateliers, soirées d'information, etc.
  • Vous prenez également en charge une partie de l'administration.
  • Vous réfléchissez, avec le reste de l’équipe, à améliorer en continu les services de notre organisation en forte et rapide croissance.
  • À terme, vous devenez une référence dans votre domaine et fournissez des conseils avisés aux clients finaux.
  • Vous êtes le backup d'autres collègues lorsque l’activité le nécessite.
