As International Marketing Specialist Bread, you will be responsible for executing & supporting LLBG’s short- and midterm Bread strategy. All of this with the objective of maximizing country, channel, and customer value creation next to consumer appeal, and thereby driving sustainable top and bottom-line growth for LLBG.
The International Marketing Specialist Bread will report into the International Product & Brand Manager Bread and be part of the International Marketing team within Business Unit Frozen.
The function
- Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy to drive Sweet Bakery category growth across markets, including GTM toolkits, trade materials, and POS materials.
- Prepare clear briefings for external agencies and coordinate photoshoots with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the International Key Account team with impactful marketing concepts and materials.
- Lead the international "Cut the Tail" process by aligning with stakeholders and managing the phase-out of non-commercial SKUs.
- Contribute to the international branding of Panesco & DonutWorryBeHappy (B2C & B2B), including brand toolkits, trade catalogues, and communication plans.
- Translate the B2B2C communication strategy into an effective marketing approach and oversee its execution.
Your profile
- Master’s degree, preferably in marketing, economics, management.
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial roles; sales, trade/product marketing, category management.
- Entrepreneurial & hands-on mindset, with the ability to drive projects forward inclusively.
- Strong business acumen & project management skills, capable of translating strategy into action.
- Passion for bakery products & eagerness to build deep category expertise.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
