Als Marketing Manager ben je een pionier, een creatieve en een inspirerende leider die ons verhaal tot leven brengt. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de marketing coördinator.

Branded Content die blijft hangen
  • Jij weet als geen ander een verhaal te vertellen. Met jouw gevoel voor merkconsistentie zorg je ervoor dat Decospans Wood Flooring brands opvallen – overal, altijd. Of het nu gaat om opvallende digitale content of internationale beurzen, it is up to you
  • Je beheert de merkidentiteit en bewaakt onze tone of voice. Jouw toolkit? Brand guidelines, creatieve positionering en een strakke contentkalender vol impactvolle content.
Productlanceringen als events
  • Jij maakt van elke productlancering een onvergetelijk moment. Je ontwikkelt krachtige go-to-market-strategieën, coördineert de lancering en zorgt voor marketingmaterialen die inspireren.
  • Je analyseert elke lancering, draait aan de juiste knoppen en tilt de prestaties keer op keer naar een hoger niveau. Ook onze klanten help jij graag met marketing, inclusief onze private label-partners.
Slimme budgettering en prestatiegerichte optimalisatie
  • Jij houdt de touwtjes stevig in handen: je zorgt voor een marketingbudget dat werkt én rendeert. Van ROI-analyses tot realtime prestatiemonitoring, je stuurt constant bij om de impact te vergroten.
Strategie met impact
  • Jij ontwikkelt samen met de business unit director onze marketingstrategie die niet alleen aansluiten bij onze doelen, maar ze ook overstijgen. Je brengt ons merk tot leven door de strategie effectief uit te voeren.

Je bent een op en top organisatorisch talent die rekening houdt met elk detail. Je kickt er op om onder tijdsdruk te werken en respecteert deadlines. Je zoekt volhardend naar oplossingen en plaatst de klant altijd voorop.

Dankzij jouw goede planningskills slaag je er in om je diverse takenpakket onder controle te houden. Je communiceert op een vlotte en energieke manier met je interne en externe stakeholders. Je kan je hierbij vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands & Engels en kan je voldoende verstaanbaar maken in het Frans. Je bent een toonbeeld van enthousiasme, positivisme en optimisme.
