Context De stichting van openbaar nut CIVA is een toonaangevende speler in het Brusselse culturele landschap actief binnen de domeinen architectuur, de landschapsarchitectuur, stedenbouw en stedelijke ecosystemen. CIVA documenteert, onderzoekt en belicht de transformaties van de stad via haar uitzonderlijke collecties, wetenschappelijke en culturele programma's en haar gespecialiseerde bibliotheek. Aan de vooravond van een belangrijke mijlpaal in haar geschiedenis - de integratie in KANAL - treedt CIVA een boeiende ontwikkelingsfase binnen. Om deze metamorfose in goede banen te leiden en onze gezamenlijke ambitie te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Coordinator Operations & HR, lid van het directiecomité van CIVA. De CIVA-stichting staat op het punt een belangrijke transformatie in haar geschiedenis te ondergaan. Als vooraanstaande speler op het Brusselse culturele toneel cultiveert zij al jarenlang een unieke dialoog tussen architectuur, landschap, stedenbouw en het stedelijk ecosysteem. Nu CIVA zich voorbereidt op haar integratie in het culturele centrum KANAL, gaat zij een nieuwe, ambitieuzere fase van haar ontwikkeling in. Deze stap biedt een unieke kans om onze missie verder te ontplooien, in nauwe synergie en samenwerking met de KANAL-stichting. Binnen dit nieuwe culturele zwaartepunt van Brussel zal CIVA haar rol als referentieplatform, als plaats van debat en als centrum voor conservering versterken, terwijl zij tegelijkertijd profiteert van synergie met andere wetenschappelijke en culturele partners. Zo draagt CIVA bij aan de totstandkoming van een cultureel project met internationale uitstraling. Directiecomité Onder het gezag van de Raad van Bestuur wordt CIVA geleid door een directiecomité dat bestaat uit drie profielen. De algemeen directeur belichaamt de strategische visie en de duurzame ontwikkeling van CIVA. Samen met de raad van bestuur stuurt de huidige algemeen directeur, Pieter Van Damme, alle personele, financiële en operationele middelen van de instelling aan, met als doel evenwicht en groei te waarborgen. Als een ware orkestleider bouwt hij, in nauwe synergie met de artistieke leiding en de Coordinator Operations & HR, aan het project van de instelling en bereidt hij de toekomst van CIVA binnen KANAL voor. Hij staat garant voor de institutionele en private partnerschappen en onderhoudt de dialoog met de overheden. Zijn leiderschap inspireert en verenigt de teams rond een gemeenschappelijke ambitie: van CIVA een essentiële speler maken in het Brusselse én internationale culturele landschap - open en ambitieus, stevig verankerd in het heden en resoluut gericht op de toekomst. De artistieke leiding is verantwoordelijk voor de programmatie en het verhaal van CIVA. De huidige artistiek directeur, Nikolaus Hirsch, ontwikkelt en implementeert een gedurfde curatoriële visie, die de transformaties van de stad, de architectuur en het landschaparchitectuur, de stedenbouw en de stedelijke ecosystemen in vraag stelt. Door gebruik te maken van de rijke collecties en door innovatieve projecten te ontwikkelen (tentoonstellingen, publicaties, onderzoek, bemiddeling), geeft de artistieke leiding betekenis en zichtbaarheid aan het project van CIVA. Haar missie bestaat erin de plaats en de stem van CIVA binnen het culturele ecosysteem van Brussel, België en de internationale scene te definiëren, door bruggen te slaan tussen de verschillende disciplines en zich tot alle doelgroepen te richten. De Coordinator Operations & HR is de operationele en menselijke steunpilaar van CIVA. Hij/zij staat garant voor het menselijk kapitaal en de organisatorische efficiëntie, zorgt voor de uitvoering van het HR-beleid, stimuleert de sociale dialoog en waakt over het welzijn van de medewerkers in een context van verandering. Hij/zij coördineert de modernisering van de processen en het beheer van de infrastructuur, en bereidt de overgang naar KANAL nauwgezet en methodisch voor. Door een rustige, gestructureerde en toekomstgerichte werkomgeving te creëren, stelt hij/zij de hele instelling in staat zich te concentreren op haar culturele en wetenschappelijke ambities. Het is een sleutelrol, op het snijvlak van menselijke, organisatorische en strategische uitdagingen. Missie De Coordinator Operations & HR staat garant voor een optimale werking en het welzijn op het werk binnen CIVA. Hij/zij rapporteert aan de algemeen directeur en werkt nauw samen met de artistieke directie. Hij/zij stuurt het personeelsbeleid aan, evenals de administratieve, financiële en organisatorische werking. Hij/zij speelt een essentiële rol in de voorbereiding, uitvoering en begeleiding van de verhuizing naar KANAL en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie en de medewerkers perfect voorbereid zijn op en begeleid worden bij deze verandering. Zijn/haar taak is om de voorwaarden te creëren voor een stimulerende, efficiënte en veerkrachtige werkomgeving.
