Find out more about the company on their website: https://leohb.com/In order to strengthen ELEONOR’s team, we are looking for a Logistics & Administration Coordinator.ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations & Administration Officer, you will play a central role in the coordination of operational, logistical and administrative activities of the company. You will work autonomously while interacting closely with internal teams (research, management, commercial) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, clients). Your main responsibilities are:Operations & Production CoordinationPlan and coordinate all production activities with external partnersManage raw material (RM) purchasing and related documentationOrganize and maintain sample banksEnsure proper documentation management throughout the production lifecycleLogistics & ShippingOrganize shipments via DHL, FedEx, UPS or equivalent partnersManage customs clearance and related documentationEnsure accurate tracking and follow-up of shipmentsCoordinate sample shipments to clientsSuppliers & Stock ManagementSelect suppliers, compare offers and negotiate pricingMonitor stocks of raw materials, intermediate products and finished productsFollow up laboratory consumables stockLaboratory & Team SupportProvide operational support to laboratory researchersAnticipate needs related to consumables, materials and logisticsAdministrative & Financial Follow-upFollow up on operational accounting activitiesManage supplier and client remindersEnsure administrative follow-up of subsidiesCommercial & Event SupportPrepare logistics for trade fairs and exhibitionsOrganize business travel and commercial tripsProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or equivalent through experience3 to 7 years of experience in operations, logistics or supply coordination rolesExperience in a scientific, R&D, industrial or regulated environment is a strong assetExperience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or food supplements industry is highly desirableSkills & CompetenciesExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong sense of ownership, commitment and reliabilityPositive mindset and collaborative attitudeAbility to work autonomously while interacting with multiple stakeholdersLanguagesPerfectly bilingual French / English (written and spoken)OfferA diversified and central role within a stimulating, innovation-driven environment.High degree of autonomy in your role, with the opportunity to contribute to unique projects.Attractive prospects for personal and professional growth within a dynamic organization.
