Medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om mee te denken en zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische omgeving.Jouw nieuwe functieAls Showroom & Customer Experience Assistant ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je staat in voor een warm, professioneel onthaal en zorgt ervoor dat elke bezoeker zich onmiddellijk welkom voelt. Door actief te luisteren naar de reden van hun bezoek, begeleid je klanten op een vlotte manier naar de juiste collega of afdeling. Je begeleidt hen naar een geschikte wachtruimte, biedt drankjes aan en verleent praktische ondersteuning waar nodig. Daarnaast waak je mee over de netheid, orde en representativiteit van de showroom en receptie. Dankzij een correcte en tijdige overdracht van informatie aan je collega’s garandeer je een vlotte opvolging en draag je actief bij aan een hoog niveau van klantentevredenheid.Jouw profielSamen met onze klant is Hays op zoek naar een Showroom & Customer Experience Assistant met ervaring in een hospitality-functie en een passie voor service en beleving. Je bent communicatief sterk, professioneel in omgang en weet bezoekers meteen op hun gemak te stellen. Dankzij je representatieve en open houding fungeer je als het visitekaartje van de organisatie. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook op evenementen, en variabele werkuren schrikken je niet af. Daarnaast werk je zelfstandig en nauwkeurig. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar hospitality en klanttevredenheid centraal staan.ArbeidsvoorwaardenJe krijgt een uitdagende en gevarieerde job in een bedrijf dat continu groeit en marktleider is.
