Senior Product Manager, Joint Replacement, Northern Europe We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our growing Joint Replacement (JR) business. In this role, you will be part of a team of Product Managers partnering closely with regional Sales Managers to drive the success of the JR portfolio across the Northern Europe region including the following countries, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden. You will be responsible for the local development and execution of the European divisional strategy, promoting innovative products that improve patients’ lives. This position operates within a matrixed organization, requiring close interaction with a wide range of stakeholders across national and regional levels, including sales, marketing, medical education, and other cross-functional teams. Your contributions will be critical in supporting sales efforts, enhancing product adoption, and elevating customer engagement for Stryker ’s Joint Replacement solutions. What you will do Drive JR (hip, knee, robotics) commercial initiatives across Northern Europe in partnership with sales. Develop and execute strategic and annual marketing plans, product launches, and campaigns. Leverage marketing tools and create locally relevant materials to support sales and customer engagement. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather insights to shape strategy. Manage pricing, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Support new product introductions and phase‑outs. Build strong relationships with surgeons, key customers, and KOLs. Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, medical education, and market access teams. Ensure alignment of marketing and sales initiatives to achieve commercial objectives. What are we looking for? Required Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field). 6+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to Product Management. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills with financial acumen. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working effectively in a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority. Fluency in English. Regular international travel required (~40%). Preferred Advanced degree – Master or MBA – is a plus. 3+ years in medical device or marketing/sales preferred. Demonstrated success in product launches, portfolio strategy, and cross‑functional projects. Additional European languages are an advantage.
