Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez des initiatives telles que la mise en œuvre de la Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) et du Environmental Compliance Management System (ECMS).

Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?

Les responsabilités incluent la collecte d'informations, la mise en œuvre de solutions durables, l'optimisation des processus, la motivation des parties prenantes, la surveillance des exigences et l'exploitation des résultats pour améliorer la gouvernance, l'impact environnemental et social.

  • Aligner la stratégie locale avec celle des actionnaires et les exigences réglementaires en vigueur.
  • Initier, mettre en œuvre et diriger l'exécution de la Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) et du Environmental Compliance Management System (ECMS). Cela inclut, mais ne se limite pas à :
    • Identifier et collecter les informations nécessaires au sein de l'entreprise et auprès des fournisseurs.
    • Identifier, réfléchir et mettre en œuvre des solutions durables pour une exécution fluide des objectifs de reporting et de livraison de la CSRD et de l'ECMS.
    • Concevoir des processus moins administrativement lourds en identifiant et mettant en œuvre des économies d'échelle, de l'automatisation et de la robotisation.
    • Intégrer, motiver et coacher les parties prenantes pour la mise en œuvre de solutions durables.
    • Mettre en place, mettre en œuvre et gérer la sensibilisation à ces sujets au sein de l'entreprise.
    • Comprendre et surveiller les obligations juridiques ESG en collaboration avec le département juridique.
    • Comprendre parfaitement les opérations et objectifs quotidiens pertinents.
    • Exploiter les résultats de cet exercice pour améliorer la gouvernance, la conformité, l'impact social et environnemental.
Vous retrouvez-vous dans le profil suivant ?
  • Un diplôme universitaire est préféré.
  • Aisance en communication, à l'oral et à l'écrit, en néerlandais, français et anglais.
  • Expérience préalable en gestion ESG, avec une connaissance des réglementations pertinentes (2 à 5 ans d'expérience).
  • Expérience en gestion de projet.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter correctement les données.
  • Orienté vers les livrables, réaliste opérationnellement et axé sur des solutions pratiques et réalisables.
  • Capacité à penser stratégiquement.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership : capacité à comprendre, gérer, établir des relations solides, résoudre des conflits et naviguer dans diverses dynamiques interpersonnelles au sein de l'organisation.
