Als Health & Safety Manager bij emeis leid je de afdeling als hoofd van de IDPBW en sta je in voor het secretariaat van het CPBW binnen het bedrijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, coördinatie en opvolging van het welzijnsbeleid. Als onderdeel van het Algemeen Secretariaat rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO en stuur je een team van 2 preventieadviseurs aan.
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de Interne Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het werk (IDPBW) van emeis.
- Je geeft advies en doet voorstellen over het opstellen, uitvoeren en aanpassen van het algemene preventieplan en het jaarlijkse actieplan.
- Je bent betrokken bij het analyseren en identificeren van psychosociale risico's op ons hoofdkantoor en in onze woonzorgcentra en assistentiewoningen en geeft je mening over de resultaten van de analyses.
- Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert procedures en werkdocumenten om het welzijnsniveau in onze woonzorgcentra en assistentiewoningen voortdurend te verbeteren.
- Je coördineert, evalueert en voert preventie-audits uit in woonzorgcentra.
- Je integreert alle aspecten van welzijn in kwaliteitssystemen.
- Je coördineert met de andere departementen binnen emeis en biedt echte ondersteuning aan de regionale directeurs en de directeurs van de residenties.
- Je treedt op als SPOC voor de Externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk (FOD Werkgelegenheid) en volgt inspecties op.
- Je coördineert en evalueert de preventieadviseurs niveau 2 in jouw team.
- Je voert alle andere taken uit die vereist zijn door de wet en door de code over welzijn op het werk.
We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde, mensgerichte persoon met leergierigheid.
Je hebt ook de volgende kwaliteiten:
- Je hebt een preventiegerelateerde kwalificatie en certificering preventieadviseur niveau 1.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als preventieadviseur.
- Idealiter heb je een eerste ervaring in teammanagement.
- Je hebt kennis van de gezondheidssector.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
- Je bent assertief, proactief, loyaal en empathisch.
