En tant que Business Manager en Engineering, vous serez au cœur de notre développement.

Vos missions principales :

1. Développement commercial

  • Identifier et prospecter activement de nouveaux clients dans le secteur de l'ingénierie (industrie, construction, R&D, etc.).
  • Établir des partenariats solides en répondant aux besoins spécifiques des entreprises avec des solutions sur mesure.
  • Négocier et conclure des contrats pour garantir une croissance constante et pérenne.

2. Management des consultants

  • Recruter les meilleurs talents en ingénierie pour les intégrer aux projets clients.
  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé des consultants, veiller à leur développement professionnel et garantir leur satisfaction.
  • Être l'interlocuteur clé entre les clients et les consultants pour maintenir des prestations de haute qualité.

3. Gestion de votre business unit

  • Superviser les performances financières de votre unité (chiffre d'affaires, marges, rentabilité).
  • Mettre en place une stratégie proactive pour sécuriser la croissance et répondre aux objectifs fixés par la direction.
  • Contribuer activement au positionnement d'Arbalett en tant que leader du recrutement en Belgique.

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) ayant les compétences suivantes :

  • Formation : Master ou équivalent par expérience. Un master en ingénierie est un atout.
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire (business development, consultance, gestion de projet).
  • Langues : Trilingue français, néerlandais et anglais (indispensable).
  • Compétences clés :
  • Solides aptitudes en négociation et développement de relations clients.
  • Capacité à recruter, motiver et encadrer des équipes performantes.
  • Excellente gestion des priorités et des objectifs financiers.
  • Personnalité : Entrepreneur dans l'âme, orienté résultats, proactif et autonome.
