Functieomschrijving: Als Account Manager ben je een sleutelfiguur in de groei van het bedrijf.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- De ontwikkeling van je regio (Vlaams-Brabant);
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van een professioneel netwerk;
- Het beheren van commerciële leads: dit omvat loonsimulaties en advies;
- Het opstellen en indienen van commerciële voorstellen;
- Het begeleiden van nieuwe klanten en opvolgen van hun klanttevredenheid tijdens en na hun aansluiting;
- Het bijdragen aan de uitstraling van het bedrijf (door ons te vertegenwoordigen op netwerkevents en beurzen);
- Actief deelnemen aan het leven van ons bedrijf, inclusief teamvergaderingen.
Wat zoeken wij in een Business Developer?
- Kennis van payroll en in staat om de behoeften van zowel prospecten als klanten te identificeren;
- Commerciële feeling en intuïtie;
- Sterke onderhandelings- en overtuigingsvaardigheden;
- Een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en proactief initiatief;
- Prioriteiten kunnen stellen en stressbestendig zijn;
- Altijd willen blijven leren en over een flinke dosis humor beschikken;
- Onze kernwaarden omarmen: Respect, Verantwoordelijkheid en Positivisme;
- Minimaal 5 jaar commerciële ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- De regio Vlaams-Brabant door en door kennen en bereid zijn daar zaken te doen;
- Kennis van payroll en de sociaal secretariaatsector is een mooie troef, maar geen must.
