Onze klant is een architectuurbureau met vestigingen in verschillende steden en met projecten in onder meer Luxemburg, Spanje, Oost-Europa en China. Hun werkterrein is breed: van architectuur en stedenbouw tot programmatie en interieurconcepten. De functie We zoeken een ervaren architect die zelfstandig grote en complexe projecten kan sturen, van de eerste ideeën tot de volledige uitwerking. Je komt terecht in een team dat samenwerking en initiatief waardeert, en je werkt nauw samen met de partners aan uitdagende internationale opdrachten. Jouw profiel: Een masterdiploma in architectuur, stedenbouw, masterplanning of een gerelateerd vakgebied Minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen een gerenommeerd internationaal architectuur- of ontwerpbureau Goede beheersing van Revit Ervaring met grootschalige en complexe projecten Goed Nederlands; kennis van Engels of Frans is een pluspunt Vertrouwdheid met internationale projectstructuren en multidisciplinaire samenwerking Een solide begrip van het ontwerpproces en de vaardigheid om overtuigende ontwerpconcepten te creëren Capaciteit om met externe adviseurs samen te werken en de kwaliteit en coherentie van het ontwerp te bewaken Bereidheid om bij te dragen aan alle relevante tekeningen, modellen, visuals en projectdocumenten Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte houding .
