Functieomschrijving Wij zoeken een office assistant om ons kantoor te ondersteunen in de dagelijkse taken. Als office assistant zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van het beheren van de agenda tot het verzorgen van administratievetaken.Persoonlijke eigenschappen Jouw verantwoordelijkheid is om professioneel en vriendelijk tegen klanten en collega's te zijn. Het bijbehorende opleidingsbudget zal je helpen je skills te verbeteren en aanpasbaar maken aan de snel veranderende behoeften van onze organisatie. Kandidaat profiel We zoeken iemand met minstens vijf jaren relevante ervaring als office-assistent, onthaalmedewerker of management assitant. We staan open voor mensen die graag hun carrière doorzetten binnen POM Limburg (economische regisseur) waardoor we leniger kunnen functioneren. Je bent flexibel, zorgt voor goede communicatie, bent discreet & betrouwbaar ‣ je begrijpt wat belangrijk is:� mogen veilige data niet verdwijnen� mag nooit ergens wantrouwen bestaan Dit proftiet alleen degene die toegevoegde waarde levert na evaluatie - nmaar wie wil nou geen extra beloning hebben.... /Aankomende februari nog korte projectanalyse over mogelijke verbinding met MS Power BI via Excel ..
