We are looking for talented individuals to join our company where people come first, where we communicate openly, and genuinely care about the work and the people behind it.We are looking for a Transaction Manager for our office in Waregem as well as someone for our office in Zaventem.Your roleAs a Transaction Manager at LDS Advisory, you will play a key role in leading buy- and sell-side financial due diligence projects for both corporate and private equity clients.You will be responsible for:Managing end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with the clientPerforming and reviewing financial analyses to assess key deal drivers, value considerations, and risksSynthesizing complex financial data into clear, actionable reports and insightsCollaborating with other LDS teams (tax, transformation, strategy) to offer integrated solutionsActing as a sparring partner to C-level stakeholders and investment professionalsEnsuring deadlines, deliverables, and expectations stay aligned throughout each assignmentGuiding junior team members and helping them growYour skillsetA university degreeAt least 4 years of relevant professional experience in (a combination of) financial due diligence, transaction-related advice or business controllingYou are strong with numbers, Excel & Powerpoint are your natural habitat for reporting & analysisYou are curious and eager to learn, both on the job and through coachingYou have a pro-active mindset and are self-awareYou are able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic environmentYou have a sense of humour and are attracted to a dynamic environmentYou have solid communication skills and are fluent in English and Dutch OR FrenchWhat do we offer?An attractive fixed and variable salary where the latter depends on personal and team objectives as defined in your own growth planA great and flexible atmosphere where we work hard with respect for personal timeA company culture where high performance meets humanityA steep personal development curve, with your own personal growth plan and coachWorking with senior and experienced professionals in small teams with high client exposureOur headquarters in Zaventem and additional hubs in Waregem, Liège and Herentals provide a flexible and dynamic workspace, complemented by remote work opportunities
