Onze klant is een dynamische scale-up die werd opgericht in 2017 met net geen dan 100 000 users.Ze stonden enkele jaren als vaste waarde en zeer sterk groeibedrijf en hun rocket ship heeft zeker nog genoeg power om hun grooste ambities waar te maken de komende jaren🚀Momenteel zoeken zij versterking voor hun marketing & lead generation team in de vorm van een analytische growth marketer die zich wel kan vinden binnen een new tech omgeving waar teamwork, ambitie en growth centraal staan.Concreet ontwikkelden zij een reward platform dat ervoor zorgt dat de art of giving binnen elk bedrijf naar een hoger niveau wordt getild.Zo wordt het shapen van een reward en wellbeing policy naar zowel collega's als klanten toe een piece of 🍰Jouw rol?Verantwoordelijk voor lead generation: je maakt deel uit van het lead generation team (mix van sales & marketing) met als hoofddoel het aantal kwalitatieve leads verhogen.Data driven marketing expert: sterke analytische skills, ervaring met SEO, GEO-targeting, UX en A/B-testing.Hands-on en strategisch: je werkt actief mee aan campagnes (events, sectoren, mailings via HubSpot) en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de marketing manager.Strategische creatieveling: creativiteit is welkom, maar steeds gestuurd door kennis, data en meetbare resultaten.Ownership & intrapreneurship: je krijgt ruimte om eigen projecten te “ownen”.
