  • Mee ontwikkelen en bijdragen bij tot de toepassing van de Aankoopstrategie, voor een specifieke categorie (producten/diensten) en dit transversaal binnen Colas België.
  • TE SPECIFIEËREN PER CATEGORIE vb. Lead Buyer Indirects = indirecte uitgaven zoals HR-services, energie, marketing & communicatie, facilities, enz.
Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Algemene taken
    • In kaart brengen van de portfolio van de toegewezen categorie (Family).
    • Ontwikkelen van expertise over de toegewezen categorie, identificeren van beste aankoopoplossingen (aankoopmodellen, sourcing) en opportuniteiten om waarde te creëren voor Colas België.
    • Voor de grote categorieën, in samenspraak met de business een aankoopstrategie bepalen en uitrollen.
    • Nauw samenwerken met de Territoral Buyers (Technische Aankopers) om de aankoopstrategie uit te rollen (opstellen van roadmaps & actieplannen).
    • Toepassen van de aankoopstrategie, optimaliseren en aansturen van het aankoopproces (aanbestedingen, onderhandelingen en opmaak van contracten) binnen de categorie.
    • Leveranciersrelatie (escalatie, business reviews, onboarding, offboarding, enz.).
    • Verantwoordelijk voor de performance en efficiëntie van de toegewezen categorie. Rapporteren over de eigen portfolio.
    • Leveranciersevaluatie.
    • Aankoop synergiën zoeken in samenspraak met andere Lead Buyers binnen Colas SA.
  • Specifieke taken
    • Noden – Prospectie
      • Bewaken dat de noden goed gedefinieerd worden (lastenboeken tegenover onze leveranciers). Aanvragers begeleiden bij het definiëren van hun noden.
      • De leveranciers inventariseren.
      • Prospectie naar potentiële leveranciers organiseren en hun bekwaamheid evalueren om te beantwoorden aan de eisen rond kostprijzen, termijnen, technische kwaliteit en hoeveelheden verbonden aan de noden.
    • Raamcontracten
      • Raamcontracten onderhandelen.
      • Tussen de geselecteerde leveranciers, raamcontracten opstellen voor bepaalde periodes aan de beste voorwaarden rond prijs en kwaliteit (milieu, termijnen en naverkoopdienst). De raamcontracten zullen de wederzijdse verplichtingen bepalen van de leverancier en het bedrijf al naargelang uitdrukkelijke juridische garanties en verantwoordelijkheden. Deze contracten zullen gesloten worden met als doelstelling om plafondprijzen te bekrachtigen en om eindejaarskortingen te genereren.
      • De uitvoering van de raamcontracten door de aankopers en de gebruikers opvolgen.
    • Kwaliteit, milieu, gezondheid en veiligheid.
    • Werkt actief mee (voorbeeldfunctie) aan naleving en toepassing van punten van One Safety van Colas Group.
    • Past actief de CSR-acties toe binnen het eigen verantwoordelijkheidsdomein.
  • Relaties
    • Interne: Interne aanvragers en klanten, Finance, collega's binnen het departement.
    • Externe: Leveranciers binnen de eigen categorie.
    Profiel
    • Bachelor of Master in een technische, aankoop of commerciële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
    • Minstens 4 jaar relevante aankoopervaring.
    • Tweetalig Nederlands-Frans of omgekeerd en vlotte kennis van het Engels.
    • Goede kennis van Excel, Word, PowerPoint en Outlook, ERP.
    • Ervaring in aankoop in de specifieke toegewezen categorie.
    • Sterke onderhandelings- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
    • Resultaatgericht.
    • Zin voor initiatief.
    • Analytisch.
    • Nauwkeurig.
    • Gestructureerd.
    • Projectmanagement skills.
    • Kunnen werken in een matrix structuur.
