Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het inrichten van bedrijfskantoren. Als Sales Support medewerker sta je in voor de administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning. Samen met de Accountmanager breng je de verwachtingen en wensen van de klanten in kaart. Concreet houdt dit in dat je offertes opstelt, orders en aanbestedingen opvolgt en de respectievelijke databanken op elk moment up-to-date houdt. Ook het telefonisch en schriftelijk communiceren met zowel klanten als leveranciers behoort tot je dagelijkse takenpakket, evenals het bijhouden en aanpassen van de verkoopcijfers en het accepteren van klantorders. Daarnaast zorg je voor een optimale ondersteuning van diverse projecten en ben je steeds op de hoogte van de verschillende productassortimenten. Jouw profiel Voor deze functie als Sales Support, zoeken we iemand met: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands, Frans als het Engels. Relevante ervaring binnen een Sales Support functie. Een bachelor op zak. Kennis van Excel en de bereidheid om nieuwe systemen te leren. Een nauwkeurige, analytische en proactieve ingesteldheid.
