**Sales Support medewerker**
**Wat zou jouw job inhouden?**
Eén van onze kernwaarden is expertise. Als Sales Support zet jij je expertise in om je te ontwikkelen als belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en het Sales team. Jouw werk is essentieel voor het succes van onze business Je zal volgende taken, samen met je team, op jou nemen:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten een super ervaring hebben, waarbij je erop toeziet dat het proces van aanvraag tot levering vlekkeloos verloopt;
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan het Sales team bij het uitbrengen en verwerken van sales orders;
- Je onderhoudt het contact met klanten en leveranciers;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor Finance, Operations, Sales en Management;
- Je helpt bij het binnenhalen van belangrijke contracten, en dit in het binnen
- en buitenland.
**Welke kenmerken zoeken we?**
- Je wilt graag met ons meegroeien. Idealiter heb je ofwel al wat ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, ofwel een duidelijke affiniteit met Netwerken & Cybersecurity en zin om je in te werken op de job. Als starter krijg je een uitgebreide opleiding binnen je team;
- Je bent een problem solver, met oog voor detail, alsook communicatief zeer sterk ingesteld. Een extra check op een sales order om zéker te zijn dat alles correct wordt doorgegeven, doe je van nature.
- Je hebt interesse/affiniteit in de IT-wereld;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer, met een ondernemende en pro-actieve instelling;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels, aangevuld met professioneel niveau Frans en minstens basiskennis Nederlands.
