One of our Brussels-based clients is looking for a Sales Manager. They are the market leader in the Benelux specializing in **Privacy, Security, and Data Management Consultancy.** They combine **IT-, legal-, and business knowledge** to offer their clients comprehensive end-to-end solutions on both strategic and operational levels.

Their goal? **Help companies being privacy compliant, protect their data, and improve their Data Sustainability.**

Join their **international and multidisciplinary team** of dedicated consultants, and advise customers on matters related to the **legal aspects of privacy, data protection, information security, and other IT legal issues.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Oversee and manage 8 to 10 Privacy Consultants **that work on client projects
- **Build long-term business relationships **by earning trust amongst our customers and identifying further business opportunities through regular follow-up
- **Create an annual new sales strategy** + identify and research new potential clients
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- **Track, identify and add qualified prospects **to the sales pipeline and report on the status of proposal components
- **Negotiate contract terms** with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- **Develop and manage strategic partnerships** to grow business
- **Keep an open eye for market evolutions** and adapt action plans accordingly

**Qualifications**
- You have a minimum of 2 years of consultative selling experience
- You have **strong communication and language skills**, with excellent knowledge of English and Dutch/French
- You are **customer-focused** and strive to provide **qualitative**, **hands-on** advice to help our customers in the best way possible
- You welcome challenges and are not afraid to take **initiative** and **ownership**:

- You have an affinity with the legal aspects of privacy, data protection, and information security
