Introduction:Our client is a fast-growing consultancy firm specialised in the outsourcing of Sales, Marketing and Digital professionals. To support their growth ambitions, we are assisting them in the search for a Business Manager.Description:As Business Manager, you take on a hybrid role combining New Business Development and Key Account Management, while leading a team of consultants active in Digital, Marketing & Sales.You will manage and further develop an existing client portfolio active within financial services, energy and the retail industry.You act as a trusted business partner to your clients, ensuring you meet and exceed their expectations.You actively identify and pursue new business prospects at enterprise level and you are able to expand activities into new industries.You'll be managing a portfolio of consultants, ensuring close follow-up and strong engagement on both the client and consultant side.You work closely with the recruitment department, ensuring alignment on client needs, priorities and market opportunities.You represent the company at exclusive industry events and roundtable sessions with leading industry executives.You will report directly to the CEO.Requirements:You have at least 2 to 5 years of proven new business development experience, preferably working with enterprise-level clients. A background in recruitment is an advantage, but not a must.You hold a bachelor's degree or have developed the equivalent level of thinking through experience.You are an excellent relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to develop long-term partnerships with clients and consultants.You are a team player with strong influencing skills.You are self-confident and assertive, yet flexible and open-minded.You have a can-do mentality, an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.You take initiative, show ownership and stimulate others to do the same.You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.You are fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory) and have a good understanding of French.You combine flexible homeworking with 3 days per week on site in the offices in Antwerp and Brussels.Offer:You'll join a young and dynamic company in full expansion, offering exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth.The package includes a competitive salary, company car, and a comprehensive range of additional benefits.
