Buildwise is op zoek naar een dynamische en gemotiveerde collega om ons team ‘Marketing en Communicatie’ te versterken om de digitale strategie en communicatie uit te breiden
Dit zijn jouw voornaamste taken & verantwoordelijkheden:
- Tagging en tracking setup en optimalisatie via Google Tag Manager en Google Analytics 4 in samenwerking met externe specialisten.
- Monitoren en analyseren van de impact van communicatiecampagnes en voorstellen van verbeteringen, waken over de kwaliteit van gegevens en maken van dashboards om prestaties te volgen.
- Publiceren van content en optimalisatie van de gebruikerservaring in samenwerking met collega's op de website en verspreiden via diverse kanalen.
- Ondersteunen van het team bij het opzetten van campagnes door doelstellingen te definiëren, landingspagina's en Hubspot-workflows te creëren.
- Beheer van de Social Media communicatie, marketing campagnes en ambassadeur programma.
- Actief zoeken naar mogelijkheden voor verbetering binnen digital (tools, content, processen, enz.).
- Initiatief nemen om kennis te delen met het team, optreden als mentor en implementeren van geschikte tools voor kennisdeling.
- Vergroten van de impact van digitale campagnes door contentstrategieën en creatieve elementen te ontwikkelen.
- Bepalen van de communicatiestrategie en doelstellingen voor de verschillende digitale kanalen in samenwerking met COM en Strategie collega's.
Jouw profiel:
- Analytisch, datagestuurd en ervaren in het gebruik van analytische tools met kennis van Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Lookerstudio en/of BigQuery.
- Master of bachelor in marketing, communicatie of bedrijfsbeheer met een specialisatie in marketing of digitale marketing.
- Ervaring in campagne management.
- Ervaring met projectmanagement van A tot Z en uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden. Ervaring in het coördineren van externe partners (zoals marketingbureaus) is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van Sociale Media communicatie en advertising, Facebook Ads en de LinkedIn-advertentiemanager.
- Kennis van het publiceren van content via een CMS en beheersing van Umbraco en/of Hubspot zijn een pluspunt. Kennis van SEO is ook een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Frans en Nederlands (geschreven en gesproken) en goede kennis van Engels.
- Leergierig en bereid om zich te ontwikkelen.
- Inspireert en ontwikkelt de vaardigheden van zijn/haar team in zijn/haar activiteitendomein.
- Beschikt over het vermogen en de flexibiliteit om een of meer projecten te beheren.
- Autonoom, nauwgezet en resultaatgericht met een groei mindset.
