Functie: Financial Controller Locatie: Zaventem (hybride – 2 dagen thuiswerk) Over de functie Wil jij elke dag impact maken binnen een hoogtechnologische organisatie? Bij deze internationale marktleider speel je als Financial Controller een sleutelrol binnen de Belgische entiteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële processen van A tot Z in België, in nauwe samenwerking met Roemenië, de Finance Manager in Nederland en collega's in heel Europa. Je staat er niet alleen voor, maar je bent wél de referentiepersoon voor Finance in België. Autonomie, maturiteit en ownership zijn hier cruciaal. Ideale functie voor iemand met 2–4 jaar ervaring in accounting of controlling, die wil doorgroeien richting een bredere controlling-rol. Jouw rol Je beheert de financiële administratie voor de Belgische entiteit, zorgt voor correcte afsluitingen, fiscale rapportering en rapportages naar het Europese HQ. Je start met een focus op België, maar als jij extra uitdaging zoekt, krijg je de kans om op termijn ook verantwoordelijkheden binnen de Nederlandse entiteit over te nemen. Doel & Verantwoordelijkheden Voorbereiden van maandafsluitingen en variantieanalyses Maandelijkse forecasting & jaarlijkse budgetvoorbereiding Analyse van kostenstructuren en optimalisaties voorstellen Controleren van boekingen en naleving Belgische wetgeving Voorbereiden van jaarrekening, vennootschapsbelasting en btw-aangiften Intrastat & compliance-opvolging Samenwerken met auditors en interne control-afdelingen Opvolgen van cashpool-bewegingen Ondersteunen van bankadministratie Beheer van het wagenpark (ca. 35 voertuigen) Wie jij bent Bachelor/Master in Accounting, Finance of Economie 2–4 jaar ervaring in algemene boekhouding, controlling of een hybride rol Sterk analytisch, gestructureerd en matuur in je manier van werken Vlotte communicator die collega's durft aanspreken en deadlines bewaakt Vlot in Nederlands en Engels Wat wij bieden Aantrekkelijk brutosalaris; Maaltijdcheques (€8) Ecocheques Groepsverzekering Hospitalisatieverzekering Mooie netto-onkostenvergoeding Smartphone + Laptop Collectieve jaarbonus Cafetariaplan Thuiswerkmogelijkheid (2 dagen)40u/week met 33 verlofdagen Internationale werkomgeving met veel kennisdeling Sterke focus op persoonlijke ontwikkeling Meer informatie stijn@gblstaffing.com | +32 490 66 14 38
