En dat doen we ook, in lijn met de regelgevingen rond data- en privacybescherming. Als Senior Adviseur Data Protection draag je daartoe bij. Samen met je collega’s in het Compliance Data Protection team ondersteun je KBC om koploper te zijn op het vlak van databescherming.

Wat verwachten we van jou?
  • Je volgt de relevante wetgeving en nieuwe evoluties omtrent de verwerking van persoonsgegevens en de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer mee op.
  • Je adviseert over de implementatie binnen KBC en waakt over de naleving doorheen de activiteiten van KBC.
  • Je geeft advies over nieuwe producten en activiteiten vanuit het oogpunt van gegevensbescherming en je adviseert bij het uitvoeren van Data Protection Impact Assessments.
  • Je ondersteunt het commerciële lijnmanagement bij het sensibiliseren van de medewerkers en werkt mee opleidingsprogramma’s uit.
  • Je werkt interne beleidslijnen uit en herziet ze wanneer nodig.
Jouw troeven?
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de regelgeving omtrent bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer en hebt een ervaring van minimum 10 jaar met data- & privacybescherming in de praktijk.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld in rechten, economie of IT.
  • Je bent zeer gedreven en zet je ten volle in.
  • Je hebt een kritische geest, sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed synthesevermogen, en je denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Engels, het Frans of het Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en je kan overtuigen op een diplomatische manier.
  • Je kan mensen verenigen en aansturen om een gemeenschappelijk doel te bereiken.
  • Geen probleem voor jou om zelfstandig te werken. Tegelijk hou je ervan om samen te werken met anderen en als team doelen te realiseren.
