Job Description As a Finance Business Partner , you will play a vital role in supporting financial decision-making and driving business performance. This role offers the chance to develop your financial expertise while contributing to impactful, cross-functional projects. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with finance, operations, and project teams to assess and analyze financial performance and business cases. Ensuring that financial forecasts and budgets reflect the expected outcomes of key initiatives. Providing financial insights and guidance to help teams make informed decisions and align with overall business goals. Managing and tracking financial projects to ensure cost efficiency and performance optimization. Preparing clear and actionable reports on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Improving financial processes and systems to enhance reporting accuracy and decision-making efficiency. The Successful Applicant We are looking for a highly motivated professional with: A Master's degree in economics or finance. Proven experience in the finance domain (experience in Audit and Controlling is a plus) A team-oriented mindset, coupled with agility and resilience in managing priorities. Fluency in Dutch and excellent proficiency in English. Analytical skills and a structured, proactive approach to work. Strong decision-making abilities, with the capacity to assess risks A curious and problem-solving nature, always seeking innovative solutions. Proficiency in Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
