We're looking for a Business Analyst Process NL for one of our clients' teams in Antwerp. Remote: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote What are your responsibilities? Model, document, and maintain end-to-end business processes using BPM tools (BPMN). Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of all process documentation. Translate current and future-state processes into clear and actionable business requirements. Support a large-scale transformation program by facilitating workshops with business and IT stakeholders. Act as a bridge between business, IT, and project teams to ensure strong alignment and communication. Continuously update and adapt existing processes based on project developments and business priorities. What are your qualifications? Junior to mid-level profile with around 2 years of relevant experience in process analysis or business transformation. Bachelor's degree in economics, business, industrial engineering, IT, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and documentation. Hands-on knowledge of Business Process Management tools (e.g. Signavio, Visio, or equivalent). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is an advantage. Affinity with IT systems, process improvement, and automation. Fluent in Dutch and English.
